Taste of Edmonton 2012: Beijing Style Kung Pow Chicken from The Lingnan

Later in the day, I headed back to The Lingnan's booth and tried out the Beijing Style Kung Pow Chicken. It is like a chicken stew in a sweet and spicy sauce, over white rice. Very hot and fresh, I am impressed with the quality of The Lingnan's product. I also found it was more spicy than the Dry Spicy Chicken I had earlier - way more spicy. I was unfortunately not able to finish my portion, as by this time I had no one to share it with.
